Send us a drawing, a CAD file or just a description of the problem. You do not need a finished model to start the conversation — we are happy to advise on process and material before you commit to anything.

FAQ

Before You Write

Quick answers to the questions we get most.

What is the fastest way to reach you?

Email david.chen@lasem3dprint.com or use the inquiry form on this page — both land with the same small team. During China working hours (Mon-Fri, GMT+8) replies usually come back within the hour, and anything sent overnight is answered the next business day.

What should my first message contain?

The part or the product it belongs to, the quantity, the material if you already know it, the deadline, the destination country, and the file if you have one. Leave the process and material blank if you are unsure — choosing those is our job, not yours.

Which address should I use for a formal RFQ?

david.chen@lasem3dprint.com is the primary contact for sales and new enquiries. Technical and pricing questions can also go to roger.zhou@lasem3dprint.com. One address is enough — you do not need to copy both, and nothing arrives faster for being sent twice.

Can you work from a physical part when I have no CAD file?

Usually, yes. Send clear photographs with a scale in frame, or post us the part, and we will measure it and rebuild it as a model to print from or modify. Mention reverse engineering when you write, so it is routed to the right person.

Do you work with individuals, or only companies?

Both. A good share of our work is makers, students and small studios ordering a single part, and there is no minimum order and no company details required to start. Production quantities run through exactly the same process and the same inspection.

Will you sign an NDA before I share a design?

Yes. Send yours and we will return it signed before you upload anything, or ask us for ours if you do not have one. Uploaded models are used only to produce your order.

Still Deciding? Send Us the File Anyway

A short review costs you nothing and usually saves a revision. If a cheaper process or material will do the job, we will say so.
