ABOUT LASEM

A Manufacturing Partner for Product Teams Who Cannot Wait

LASEM connects product teams, makers and manufacturers worldwide with the manufacturing core of the Pearl River Delta. We combine engineering support, industrial-grade additive manufacturing, quality control and door-to-door international logistics under one roof.

WHO WE ARE

Built in the World’s Densest Manufacturing Cluster

LASEM is based in Guangzhou, at the centre of the Pearl River Delta — the region that supplies an enormous share of the world’s consumer electronics, hardware and industrial components. That location is not a detail. It means we sit within reach of the tool shops, surface-treatment lines, powder suppliers and logistics infrastructure that a serious manufacturing service depends on.

We started from a simple observation: getting a good part made is unnecessarily hard. Platforms require accounts and impose minimums. Local shops are hard to compare and harder to talk to. And almost nobody will simply tell you which process and material your part actually needs.

So we built the opposite. Upload a file and see an indicative price immediately, with no account and no minimum. Talk directly to an engineer who prints for a living. Then let us handle the printing, the finishing, the inspection and the shipping — with tracking and customs documentation, door to door.

Today we run SLA, SLS and SLM under one roof, supply metal and polymer powders in bulk, and ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx and UPS.

CAPABILITIES

What We Do

Three lines of business that reinforce each other.

On-demand printing

SLA, SLS and SLM on industrial lines, priced in seconds and produced in days. No tooling, no minimum order, no account to create.

High-end special part fabrication

Reverse engineering and parametric modelling for parts conventional manufacturing cannot produce — robot components, film props, medical aids, one-off assemblies.

Materials & machines

Titanium, stainless steel, aluminium, copper and nylon powders, supplied in bulk alongside our own equipment — the consumables that close the loop.

OUR PRINCIPLES

How We Work

The four commitments that decide how every order is handled.

01

No minimum order

One part or one thousand — the same process, the same quality, the same per-unit transparency. Most of the industry makes you buy a batch size you do not need yet.

02

Transparent pricing

You see an indicative price before you talk to anyone. We do not hide behind "request a quote" forms, and we will tell you when a cheaper process will do the job.

03

Engineers, not order takers

Every file is reviewed by someone who prints for a living. If your part will not print, or will print badly, you hear it before we take the job, not after.

04

Documented quality control

Dimensions checked against the drawing, inspection records kept per order, and a report supplied on request. If a part misses specification, we remake it.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The Long Version

The questions clients actually ask before they place a first order.

Are you a manufacturer or a broker?

A manufacturer. SLA, SLS and SLM all run on our own lines in Guangzhou, and finishing and inspection are done in-house or in closely supervised shops in the same city. Your order is not passed to an unrelated factory and hoped for.

Where is the facility, and what actually happens under one roof?

Guangzhou, in the Pearl River Delta. Printing, support removal, cleaning and curing, bead blasting, dyeing and the inspection record are all organised from here, which is why the quote, the quality standard and the paperwork stay the same whichever process your part runs on.

Can I talk to an engineer before I commit to anything?

Yes, and we would rather you did. Send a drawing, a STEP file, or even a description of what the part has to do, and we will say which process we would run, where the risk sits on your geometry and roughly what it will cost. You do not need a finished file to start.

How do you decide which process a part should be made in?

By what the part has to do, not by what is easiest for us. Fine detail and a smooth surface point to SLA; toughness with no support marks points to SLS; a fully dense metal part points to SLM. If a cheaper process will do the job we say so before you order rather than quote the expensive one.

What happens if a part does not match the drawing?

If a part does not match the drawing we agreed, we remake it. Every job is measured against your critical dimensions before it is packed, the record travels with the order, and anything marginal is photographed and reported to you before dispatch.

Do you keep my design and my photographs confidential?

Yes. Models are used only to quote and to produce your order, and we do not discuss what our customers are having made. Photographs taken as part of our quality record are never published without your written permission, and work under an NDA is not photographed for publication at all.

Are you certified to ISO 9001?

Not yet. We are in the process of formal ISO 9001 certification, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. What we do today is run every job against your drawing, record the inspection, and remake any part that misses specification. Ask, and we will send the inspection record with the parts.

GET IN TOUCH

Talk to a Human, Not a Form

Send us a drawing, a CAD file, or even a rough description of what you need. If you are not sure which process or material is right, that is exactly the conversation we are good at.

GET STARTED

Start With One Part

Upload a file for an instant indicative price, or send us the drawing and we will come back within one business day with a process recommendation and a firm quote.
